Book your complimentary 15-minute consultation today.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace.
If you would like to arrange an initial counselling session or have any questions, please email me at jil@strengthunseen.com
I also offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory phone or online consultation. This provides an opportunity for us to discuss what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have, and help you decide whether I am the right counsellor for you.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is fundamental to the therapeutic relationship. Everything you share during counselling is treated with respect, care, and professionalism in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
